Parental Escort Policy
The Shops at Norterra is a great place for guests of all ages to enjoy!  We want to provide a safe, comfortable and fun environment for everyone.  Therefore, anyone 15 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) after 6pm every Friday and Saturday.  A valid state-issued driver's license or school I.D. with picture may be required to show proof of age.
